CARco is always looking for ways to make our Customer Experience as Simple as possible. We understand that this can be a trying time so we have implemented online services to make the claims procedure easier.
You can now File a Claim, Follow up on an existing claim,
and submit documents all online.

File a Claim

Before Filing A Claim through our Online System please make sure you have the following information:
  • Type of Claim you are filing (GAP, TLP, or Tire & Wheel )
  • Selling Dealership
  • Vehicle Identification Number
  • Customer Address and Phone Number
  • Date of Loss and Type of Loss
